Recrutiment commences for the Brooke House Project

The Ely Centre are delighted to announce that recruitment for the much anticipated Brooke House Project, funded by the Chancellor using HM Treasury funds is now underway.

A phased recruitment strategy has been employed with the first phase recruiting the Brooke House Project director and the Office Manager.

These essential posts we anticipate being in place in September with the second phase of recruitment commencing later that month.

Speaking on the project Mr Lee McDowell, Ely Centre stated “We are delighted that the project is now operational, with all governance arrangements in place to ensure the effective management of this project throughout its lifespan.

I must note that much credit must go to the Board of Directors and the Steering Committee of the project who have been instrumental in driving this project over the past number of months. the commitment of these individuals to supporting veterans and their families is highly commendable and has been a source of inspiration for all the staff here at the centre. I look forward to the new appointments being selected and working with them to ensure this project achieves the targets which we have established.
